Lauren is a cosmetology graduate of Aveda Institute Des Moines and has worked behind the chair at Marc Stephens Salon for 8 years. She specializes in lived-in dimensional color and bridal styling. Lauren has worked with many brides over the past several years and her passion and expertise in bridal styling shows. She has been published in Heartland Wedding Ideas magazine, showcasing her beautiful bridal hairstyling skills.

Lauren has an insatiable hunger for growth and education. A new personal development book, business podcast, or continuing education class is all this girl needs to get fired up. She has been doing a lot of mindset and manifestation work and loves getting deep with her guests by discussing dreams, goals and the limitless possibilities of the future.

Lauren is an up and coming extension artist, recently becoming certified in hand tied Bello Haven hair extensions. She is committed to providing the utmost safe, natural and healthy hair extensions for her guests. By transforming someone's hair, Lauren believes the inner transformation is the most impactful. Empowered women empower women. 

Lauren is the most happy when she is outside in the sun with her husband, 2 kids and furbabies. She has dreams to travel more, loves to create art, read and collect plants.
