Mark and Becky
Mark is a graduate of Iowa School of Beauty in Des Moines. Throughout his career, he has owned and operated three Marc Stephens Salon locations. In 2010 Marc Stephens returned to one (current) location in Des Moines. Mark takes great pride in salon ownership and is continually inspired while helping young professionals grow in their business and watching them succeed.

Mark has an incredible passion for Aveda and the beauty industry. He has attended multiple advanced education classes through Aveda and other professional academies. He is well educated in all services but has a true love for hair cutting. His inspiration comes through design, shapes and the beauty in making someone smile and feel good!

Becky is a graduate of Iowa School of Beauty in Des Moines as well. Becky spent 15 years behind the chair as a stylist. In 1993 she joined Iowa School of Beauty as an educator and School Director. In 1998 she joined Marc Stephens as co-owner and Salon Coordinator.

Becky is inspired by the many opportunities available in the beauty industry and is proud to support Mark and all the great people that have contributed to the success of Marc Stephens Salon.
