We offer a guaranteed hourly wage for 6 months before transitioning to a sliding scale commission pay starting at 45% with the ability to reach 50%

"Day In the Life" training/mentorship with senior stylists

Each day looks different for our stylists and your training should reflect that. Mentor with several stylists to learn multiple techniques and see what happens on a day to day basis

Commission pay on retail sales

We LOVE Aveda and want all our guests to experience the products and fall in love too. Selling retail is a no pressure, natural part of every service at Marc Stephens Salon and we want you to benefit from it

We are located in the beautiful Western Gateway of downtown Des Moines with great exposure to the community + lots of fun festivals
